The steamy prequel to Falling for Fate.
Falling for You eBook Caisey Quinn
So, this is a prequel to Falling for Fate. I loved the H/h for what they could have been for the other but but apparently all they were was horny. What I mean is there are so many new age books where the H/h are mysterious strangers and hook up there by blowing the others mind and changing the meaning of life. BLAH BLAH BLAH... It is predictable and in my oppinion not anything extraordinary. I think the couples that become friends and talk there by letting the other see who they really are form the best romance. I know it is an old idea and so many seem to want to base a romance off of the physical side and that's probably why the devorce rate is so high anymore. I certainly don't mean to insult anyone but yes Fate was hurt after what Trevor did to her, not to mention Melissa. I could see where she may snap and become reckless but their whole connection was not through talking and opening up their hearts but a quickie on the beach. While we're on that subject why is that every man (including our H,Dean) has to be a numb manwhore? She's a virgin and he can't get over how he's wanting to take her to his bed. He never takes any of his other ladies there. I guess he has them in his living room or on the beach like Fate. They do not even share names with one another that is how fast they get down to it. I miss the romance which actually took the time to let the reader share the H/h falling in love for who they were, not what they could supply. Sigh. I was going to read the rest of their story but after reading some of the 3 star reviews I don't think it's for me. I have read several books that are more shallow and because of the cover I was in the mood and prepared this one blindsided me but could have been worse. Enjoy!Product details

Falling for You eBook Caisey Quinn Reviews
This story works as a prequel for "Falling for Fate" a full length novel but is complete in itself. I loved Fate's courage and how she stood up for herself when her world fell apart. The characters were well rounded and believable and tempted me to read more by this author.
This was a great start to what appears to be ANOTHER SERIES. Idk why we can't have complete books!
Fate and Trevor. Just him name gives me chills. He's a rodent of the lowest form. Maid of honor. Melissa. As in- as un-honorable as they come. Ugh. But,,, if the rodent and the un honorable MOH didn't happen, we wouldn't have -----Dean.
You can guess what happened in this book, now we find out what's GOING to happen in the next book.
I'm getting sucked in...
This book is an intro to a following series. However, the surprising love story drew my attention immediately. It's the kind of series you just want to know the ending of. Two people meet in a fairly compromised situation, act on the spur-of-the-moment attraction, and then part without a means of contacting each other. Since the chemistry is intense, we want to know how they'll find each other...because they simply have to.
I have read the first two books in Caisey Quinn's Neon Dreams series and loved them so I thought I would try out this novella. I really enjoyed it and tore through it very quickly! I could tell from the beginning that Fate's plans weren't going to end up how she thinks. Fate doesn't even seem enthused about marrying Trevor and he doesn't seem to be her type. Even though it was very painful for her to experience, I'm glad everything works out the way it does because even just in the span of a novella, Fate seems hopeful throughout it all. She starts her new job, makes a new friend, and her mother is getting the help she needs. I saw that Falling for Fate is the continuation of this story so I will be checking that out! If you enjoy Caisey Quinn's books, be sure to check this out!
This novella was described as a prequel and also as a standalone story. In all actuality to me it's more of a cliffhanger. You're just really starting to get into the story and it quickly comes to a rushed ending. You're left with many questions and you've got to buy the next book to bring closure the h/H's story. Otherwise you get that same feeling you get when the last few pages have been torn out at the end of a really good book.
I haven't read the first book in this series but I like that each release features a different couple, and it's great that from this novella I had the chance to experience all that Fate went through leading up to the full length 'Falling for Fate'.
From start, it was obvious getting married wasn't something Fate should be doing, especially to a guy like Trevor. He was a moron. The king of all morons. And I can't believe her friend betrayed her like that. I knew Melissa wasn't for Fate going through with the wedding, but I had no idea there was something else going on. Anyway, happy that Fate found out just what those two were really like, even though it took that shocker for her to realize she shouldn't marry Trevor. I wish she had drawn conclusion from way before, when he kept pressuring her for sex. Like hello, warning bells!
I wouldn't have done what she did afterwards on the beach, but in seeing things from her perspective and understanding her life, how she didn't want to be a certain kind of woman, I guess I could understand why she'd choose to do that. And Dean does seem like a good guy. Hope he makes me melt in the continuation of their story, because I'll definitely be reading Falling for Fate to find out what happens next between the two. I'm also looking forward to how Fate sorts out her life. Great intro to what seems like a great love story!
5 stars
Fate Buchanan has witnessed the unthinkable. She finds refuge in the salt water and breeze of the ocean. Her quiet is interrupted when a gorgeous and sexy man asks her if she's okay. While heartbroken and hurt that she found her fiancée in the bed with her bridesmaid/best friend after saving herself for marriage to him. She offers herself up to the gorgeous guy on the beach, not knowing who is, not caring at first. She tells him she wants him and needs him. What happens when she finds out who the mystery guy is?You will definitely want to read Falling for Fate!
